Key aspects of the work include the design and construction of 23 hectares of reclamation at the coast east of the Hong Kong International Airport and a 1km tunnel running from Scenic Hill to the new reclamation.
Work is expected to start late this year or early in 2012 and take about 54 months to complete.
The prequalification document can be obtained from Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong and the closing date for submissions is noon on 27 June 2011.
