The projects span the commercial and residential sectors and include the 132m-tall Saraya Residential Tower in Abu Dhabi, which will house 226 luxury apartments as well as recreational and retail outlets.
Turner & Townsend will also be working with APG on an additional three projects: two smaller residential towers complete with retail and recreational facilities in Shams and Rawdhat, and a commercial tower, also in the Rawdhat area of Abu Dhabi. The tower will offer office facilities in Abu Dhabi’s first dedicated ‘develop to lease’ development. The 10-storey building is designed to meet the needs of the professional expatriate lease market and will also feature retail shops.
Turner & Townsend will be providing pre-contract cost management services for APG for each of the buildings. It will then assist through to production of bills of quantities and the associated tender assessments culminating in the contractor selection.

He said that Turner & Townsend will be safeguarding against unnecessary costs, while at the same time facilitating the three buildings’ design requirements to ensure that the client’s expectations are not compromised.
