The move will see 150 of marketing and communications firm Young & Rubicam’s Moscow-based employees established in the Olympic Hall Business Centre.
Turner & Townsend will be working alongside architectural design firm KADdesign on the project, which is set fo completion in spring 2013. The brief is to create an environment conducive to the creation of ideas.
Commenting on the project, Turner & Townsend Russia Country Manager, Paul Grace, said: “Our role as cost and project managers for the Young & Rubicam fit-out adds value by ensuring that the move does not impact productivity, is delivered on time and on budget and that the new headquarters meet the client’s specific creative needs.”
