Andrew Hammond has joined Linden Homes as managing director for the western division and David Bridges has joined as business improvement director.
Andrew Hammond, aged 44 was previously at Persimmon, where he was regional chairman of its southeast division. He takes over running Linden Homes’ western division from Greg Locke who is retiring.
David Bridges, 48, joins Linden Homes from Wates. His job is to help strengthen the business processes supporting company growth.
Group managing director Andrew Richards said: “We’re constantly pushing for Linden Homes to reach new heights, and having David and Andrew on board will be a major advantage. They bring invaluable experience to their jobs from the housebuilding industry as well as their wider business expertise and acumen. I’d also to thank Greg for his huge contribution and wish him well in his retirement.”
