The frameworks cover NHS building projects in Wales with construction values of between £4m and £10m, and are procured and managed by NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership-Facilities Services (formerly Welsh Health Estates).
The three regions covered by the frameworks won by Interserve are Southeast Wales, including Aneurin Bevan LHB, Cardiff and Vale University LHB, Cwm Taf LHB, Powys Teaching LHB (South) and Velindre NHS Trust; Southwest Wales including Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University LHB and Hywel Dda LHB; and North Wales including Betsi Cadwaladr University LHB and Powys Teaching LHB (North).
Since last year, Interserve is also on the Southeast Wales Schools Capital Working Group and Southwest Wales Regional Contractors Framework.
