Willmott Dixon has been awarded the fit-out on the back of main construction works for plots eight and nine on the Perry Barr project.
It is a new-build scheme in collaboration with Lendlease creating 428 one-and-two-bedroom apartments. Plots eight nine, designed by Corstorphine & Wright, are set to be occupied from 2023.
The fit-out contract, procured through the Constructing West Midlands framework, includes installation of amenities and decoration across all apartments and common areas.
Willmott Dixon operations director Dan Doyle said: “We’ve developed a fantastic working relationship with the Birmingham City Council team over the course of the project and delivered not only two brilliant buildings, but a tangible social value and community-led legacy for the local area.”
