Riber View, designed by Peak Architects for Clowes Developments, redevelops the former Matlock Ford car dealership for housing.
The scheme will comprise 47 one- and two-bedroom apartments plus 3,000 sqft of ground floor retail space.
Contractor Roe Developments is expected to complete the works within 12 months to have the apartments ready for occupation by spring 2023.
