Work has begun on the new route, part of the ‘One Horton Heath’ development which will help ease traffic congestion at Fair Oak and Horton Heath in Hampshire.

The £4.5million project will connect Bubb Lane with Burnetts Lane, just north of the Hedge End to Eastleigh railway line, with new roundabouts at either end of the link road. Selwood were instructed by infrastructure contractor Mildren Construction, and our teams have supplied a range of equipment for the project including excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, rollers and fuel bowsers, from our Chandlers Ford branch which is located just 7 miles away from the site.

We look forward to working closely with Eastleigh Borough Council and Mildren Construction for the duration of this project.
