The balconies were all glazed with a stainless-steel handrail and finished with an anti-slip timber decking.  The stack balconies were fitted using a tower crane and scaffold towers whilst the glazed Juliette’s were fitted using the scaffold towers and a cherry picker.

Galvanised and powder coated, the balconies were manufactured in Braintree, delivered straight to site and installed in line with the client’s expectations. Space limitations on-site and close proximity to railway lines meant the logistics had to be carefully considered and implemented with precision.
