The project comprised of eight cantilevered balconies complete with soffits that were set in an oak frame, four trapezium balconies set over the entrance to the building and twenty-three balustrade inset balconies with a built-in facia. The balustrade inset balconies are also on the flanks of the building with soffits on the undersides of the floor above.

The balconies were designed and fabricated at our factory in Braintree, Essex. Our site teams fitted the balconies using a site crane, scaffolding and access equipment.
