Description automatically generatedAs part of the investment deal, founder Adrian Johnson will be leaving the business after 35 years and Operations Director Oliver Johnson will step up as CEO. He will be supported by two new board level appointees.

Tony Buffin who joins the Tyrefix UK board as a non-executive director and brings six years of relevant experience from his role as Group COO and CFO of Travis Perkins plc between 2013 and 2019.

Tom Gover joins the business as CFO. Formerly with Rundle & Co, he is an experienced chartered accountant with a particular interest in business analytics. He will focus on increasing the operational efficiency that our customers rely on for the prompt, comprehensive and competitive service only Tyrefix UK can deliver.
