Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BMS, HVAC, and energy management sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide technical expertise and tailor-made BMS solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in smart building technology.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in sales within BMS, HVAC, or building automation sectors.
- A results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Able to speak in English, Dutch and French.
