JOB DESCRIPTION:
Multi-Skilled Plumber required for a Property Services company to cover reactive maintenance on a large site in Preston. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Multi-Skilled Plumber to join the team.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Reactive Maintenance works on university buildings and student accommodation
- Plumbing bias with repairing wet rooms, toilets, sinks and showers
- Covering works which may include basic joinery, plastering & painting skills
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
Requirements for the role
- Blue JIB Card - Plumbing / Plumbing qualification of Level 2 or above
- Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling & Working at Height (can all be done after role is offered)
- Previous experience working in eduction setting (preferred but not essential)
