Gleesons has been exclusive partnered with a Global Business looking for an Operations Manager, This opportunity allows a professional to step up into a site management opportunity and grow into a multi-site professional.
Job Title: Operations Manger
Salary: £37,000 - 45,000
Work Type: On site
Locations: Birmingham
The Duties:
- Oversee the smooth and safe daily operations of your branch.
- Meeting operational KPIs
- Achieving branch and company financial targets, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work alongside Multisite Branch Manager and Team Leaders to create and implement operational plans, maintaining high-quality customer service in your area.
- Employee safety is a top priority, so you'll work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety, and Compliance, while providing coaching and mentoring to Shift Managers.
- Management of a Fleet of drivers 3,5 tonnes vehicles - compliance, security etc.
- Driver management, understanding of UK routing.
