Sales Consultant

Job Description

Dove & Hawk have partnered with a multi-branch independent estate agency in Southwest London. They are the market leaders for ALL the areas they operate in and looking for a Sales Consultant to increase their market share even further.

What They Offer

• Basic Salary: £20K-£25K (£30K guarantee for 5 months)
• OTE: £50K-£80K+ (uncapped)
• 100% focus on securing offers (no sales progression duties)
• Bonuses:
• £10K for £350K banked
• £20K for £475K banked
• Up to £1K monthly sales bonus
• Mortgage referral incentives
• Full access to property register (equal commission across all branches)
• Clear progression path (all managers promoted internally)
• Company car provided
• Hours:
• Mon-Thurs: 8:45am-7pm
• Fri: 8:45am-6pm
• Sat: 9am-5pm (every other Saturday, half-day Fridays before Sat off)

Requirements

• 1-2 year experience in London's residential sales market (ideally in Clapham, Brixton, Herne Hill)
• Ambitious, long-term mindset with a drive to progress
• Hard-working, competitive team player
• Aiming for future management roles
• Full clean driving license
