Position: Social Care Worker/ Manager
Location: Carlow and Dublin Locations
Salary: DOE

They are currently expanding their team and seeking experienced Social Care Workers to join them in making a positive impact on the lives of their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in accordance with care plans.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in social care.
- Proven experience as a Social Care Worker.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
