Groundworker / Dumper Driver - Solihull
Location: Solihull
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary/Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker / Dumper Driver to join our team on a construction project in Solihull. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks and be confident operating a forward-tipping dumper.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of groundwork tasks, including drainage, kerbing, and slabbing
- Operate a forward-tipping dumper safely and efficiently
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and reinstatement work
- Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket
- Experience in general groundworks (e.g., drainage, foundations, kerbing)
- CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
