Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Installations Manager to join our Site Services team in York. As an Installations Manager at Portakabin, you will be responsible for successfully planning and managing the installation of various Portakabin Group buildings nationally, including compilation of Crane lift plan's and RAMS. Travel across regions within the UK is expected within this role. Role Details- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Car and bonus
- Role based: York, YO32
- Contract type: Permanent
- Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
- The compilation of installation RAMS, SOP's and Crane Lift Plans (Training will be provided as appropriate)
- Provide technical and operational support to other areas of the business as a Cranage Appointed Person and coordinate site operations to provide support for other trades on site
- The planning and management of various elements of internal and external works on newly installed or existing buildings, on programme and to budget
- Monthly financial reporting to the Project/Contract manager for each project managed
- Ensure that employees and sub-contractors comply with Legislation, Company procedures and Product Technical Specifications, whilst promoting a positive and engaging Health & Safety culture with a clear vision for Zero Harm
- Create and present reports when required to the management team on quality issues and suggested improvements

- Full UK driving license
- Health and Safety Qualifications (IOSH, SSMTS) inc CSCS or JIB card holder
