Project Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)

I'm working exclusively with one of the most respected names in the construction consultancy space - a firm that combines technical excellence with a refreshingly down-to-earth culture. They're growing steadily and selectively, and now looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join their London team.
This is not about box-ticking or headcount. They're only interested in people who are thoughtful, proactive, and serious about doing good work.

The Role
You'll take the lead on key projects across London and the South-East, managing cost consultancy services from early feasibility through to final account. You'll be trusted with client-facing responsibilities and encouraged to shape how projects are delivered.
You'll work alongside architects, engineers, and developers who value intelligent input, not just risk management. It's a role for someone who wants to influence the conversation, not just keep score.
What you bring
- Chartered status (MRICS), or very close to it
- Experience delivering built environment projects in the UK - ideally a mix of sectors
- A calm, clear communicator who knows how to build trust
- The confidence to lead, but the humility to learn
- A genuine interest in the detail of how buildings are put together and how costs are managed smartly
