Job Description
Job Title: FRA Carpenter (permanent)
Industry: Fire Protection
Salary: £21 p/h + weekly bonuses
Location: South - East London
As an FRA Carpenter in the Fire Team within Property Services you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out door upgrade work and installing certified fire door sets across housing properties.
- Ensuring all work complies with BM TRADA standards, with full training provided as needed.
- Completing detailed paperwork in compliance with BM TRADA requirements.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor for Passive Works and working within a small, specialised team.
Uniform, and PPE will be provided. Jobs are dispatched to your PDA, and you will begin each day from your home address.
