An established multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong presence across the UK is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. With a dedicated team of 20 Quantity Surveyors, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive environment that provides strong APC support.

With three offices nationwide, they specialise in various sectors, including healthcare and commercial fit-outs, and focus on providing tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Quantity Surveyor Role

The Quantity Surveyor will cover mainly healthcare and commercial fit-out schemes, performing both pre and post-contract duties. You will lead projects with support from a director, collaborating closely with team members to ensure successful delivery.

You will be responsible for:

Managing project budgets and forecasts Preparing tender and contract documentation Conducting cost reporting and value engineering Liaising with clients and stakeholders Assisting in procurement strategies Ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree MRICS or currently working towards this qualification Experience within a private practice or consultancy Basic pre and post-contract knowledge
