Job Description
Job Title: Civils Site Manager (Drainage Experience Essential) Location: North LondonRate: £300 - £350 per day We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager with a strong background in drainage to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and deliver civil engineering projects to the highest standard. This will be a long term contract on a huge project in North London. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage on-site operations for civil engineering projects, with a focus on drainage works Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with health and safety regulations Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and productivity Manage site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Monitor quality control and implement corrective actions where required Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering projects, specifically in drainage Strong knowledge of groundworks, deep drainage, and related infrastructure works Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Full UK driving licence Desirable: Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Experience with reinforced concrete and roadworksAs an equal opportunities employer McGinley Support Services (Infrastructure) Ltd is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective applicants.
