Job Description

Environmental Due Diligence Consultant
Location: London
Working Arrangements: Hybrid & Flexible
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) Consultant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of environmental assessments across the UK property sector, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

As part of the EDD team, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing environmental data, conducting desk studies, and assessing environmental risks. Your work will include reviewing historical mapping, regulatory databases, and local authority information to support environmental due diligence reporting. You will also participate in on-site audits across a variety of property types, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of findings.
