Key responsibilities:

Building control & compliance:
• Manage a portfolio of projects and provide expert advice on building control matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Building Regulations 2010.
• Attend design team meetings and consult with Fire Authorities when necessary.

Business development:
• Help expand the company’s services and build strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
