Anderson has begun infrastructure works on new housing developments in Elsenham and Coggeshall, for Bloor Homes and Countryside Partnerships respectively.
Bloor Homes (Eastern) appointed Anderson to deliver phase one infrastructure and groundworks for 85 units in Elsenham. Anderson’s first engagement with Bloor Homes on the project was to install an access road. This led to further work being awarded.
Bloor Homes (Eastern) design and technical director Alex Clark said: “Our partnership with Anderson continues to expand and we’re pleased to be working with them on phase one of the Henham Road project at Elsenham. Anderson’s delivery of the S278 package has been instrumental for us and we very much value the working relationship we have with the team there.”
In Coggeshall, Anderson has started phase 1 infrastructure for new client Countryside Partnerships, which is now part of Vistry Group since its takeover last year. Vistry is already an Anderson client.
Anderson commercial director Andrew Nowosad said: “Securing the infrastructure and groundworks on Coggeshall Mill for Vistry (Eastern), put us in a good position to tender for the adjacent phase of works for Countryside Partnerships.”
Countryside managing director Verity MacMahon said: “Anderson has made impressive progress on site at Coggeshall for both Countryside Partnerships and Vistry Homes Eastern. It has been apparent from the outset that the resource which Anderson has put to the project is of a high standard and there is a huge amount of activity on site. The whole team at every level is proactive, understands the way Vistry expect our sites to operate, and we are thoroughly pleased with the progress of the project.
“We look forward to building on the strong working relationship that we have forged between companies.”
