The contract for the Denny Eastern Access Road has an estimated value of £4.5m. Construction of the single carriageway road also involves associated tasks including earthworks, drainage, road lighting, signage and road markings.
The council expect to invite six candidates to bid for the 12-month contract. Assessment will be based 90% on price and 10% on quality.
