The design of the new hydraulic valve in the 100cm planer attachment and wheel saws allows a higher net hydraulic horsepower to be delivered to the attachments, increasing their performance and productivity, Bobcat says.
The new valve also diverts hydraulic oil flow to depth functions without causing a loss of power to the drum or wheel, allowing the operator to make depth or position adjustments with the attachments in operation, without affecting performance.
The upgrades also now enable owners and operators to monitor operating hours and maintenance intervals using the new instrument panel on the new generation Bobcat S630, S650 and S850 skid-steer loaders and T650 and T870 compact tracked loaders.
The 100cm planer is part of a range of planer attachments for Bobcat compact loaders, designed for detailed repair and finishing of road surfaces. Applications for Bobcat wheel saws include fixed width trenching and slot cutting.
