James Dunne joins Bovis Homes after more than a decade working as operations director for Barratt and its David Wilson Homes division.
He is the second new regional MD at Bovis Homes, following the announcement last week of Steve Jones joining as managing director of its Southern region.
However, the arrival of both men predates the appointment of Greg Fitzgerald as the new chief executive.
James Dunne said: “It’s a very exciting time to be joining Bovis Homes and I relish the opportunity. The Thames Valley region is new and growing fast in a very competitive local market. There is already a hugely skilled and experienced team working to deliver big things in the region in the coming months and years, and I’m delighted to be part of it.”
Bovis Homes’ Thames Valley region was launched in 2016 and is headquartered in Reading. It covers parts of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, north Hampshire and south Oxfordshire and has recently acquired new sites in Didcot and Basingstoke.
