The project is located in a very congested area of south Mumbai adjacent to Central Mumbai station. The building form has a broad base podium with one basement, three floors of retail, five floors as parking and a recreational level on the eighth floor. The slender rectangular tower of width about 20m and length around 60m starts from the 9th floor and continues to the 72nd floor with a feature crown on top of the building.
Brookfield Multiplex will be working closely with Gammon India, which has been appointed as the civil contractor.
