Client Hub Residential is developing the Hoola London project in the Royal Docks area of the capital.
The contract involves the design and construction of one 24-storey tower and one 23-storey tower, providing 360 residential apartments and one commercial unit. Work will start on site immediately and is scheduled for completion by autumn 2016.
Environmental features including blue roofs, which have been developed to manage surface water run-off, and storage and energy sharing agreements to provide district heating.
Carillion said that it will use this project to create 40 new apprenticeships.
