Tera has more than 450 staff and has been in the environmental consulting business serving the pipeline, electrical transmission and oil and gas industries for more than 30 years.

Tera is based in Calgary and has two other offices, in Alberta and Victoria. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of this year.
