Booz Allen Hamilton’s State & Local Government Transportation (S&L Transportation) consulting business is a consultant to transit and rail agencies in the USA.

Booz Allen Hamilton is divesting its S&L Transportation business in order to better align its contract portfolio with the company’s federal government business.
The closing of the transaction is currently expected during the third calendar quarter of 2011 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
