The new four-storey office building will be built on the outskirts of the Carlsberg City District in Copenhagen. It will have a total area of 15,500m2 plus approx. 7,700 m2 of underground parking.
Aarsleff Group subsidiary Wicotec Kirkebjerg will carry out the technical installations.
EKJ Rådgivende Ingeniører is consultant for the client, Alectia is consulting engineer, and CF Møller is consulting architect. Rambøll is in charge of the construction management as well as health and safety coordination.
Construction work will start at the end of this month and is scheduled for completion in late summer 2019.
