Work started this month on the 140,000 sq ft facility in Farnborough. The new store is scheduled to open at the end of June 2013.
JF Finnegan’s initial works include remediation of the site followed by extensive earthmoving operations to create the required site levels prior to build. The wholesale warehouse will be fitted out internally and stocked during the contract period to allow a quick turnaround with the doors set to open to the public the day after practical completion.
This is fourth scheme that JF Finnegan has completed for Costco UK and follows on closely from their November 2012 completion of the Leicester wholesale warehouse.
