The Harrogate House restaurant project on Parliament Street in Harrogate is being developed by Lateral Property Group. Work on site starts this month.
The street is already home to the world-famous Bettys tearoom as well as other restaurants.
Lateral’s development will provide four new units to consolidate Parliament Street’s position as a prime restaurant location in the Victorian Spa town.
