A-one+, as the joint venture calls itself, is the Highways Agency's managing agent contractor (MAC) for the East Midlands (Area 7), Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire (Area 12) and the Northeast (Area 14).
Its five-year contract for the East Midlands has now been extended for an additional two years. This covers the counties of Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland.
The contract extension is forecast to be worth £60m a year and takes the current contract to June 2016.
