One is for the design and construction of supported living accommodation at Grassy Meadow, where an 88-unit extra-care development and dementia resource centre will be built. An existing day centre will be demolished to make way for the three- and four-storey building, whose cost is put at between £15m and £20m.

The other project involves 60 units at Park View. It too will  involve the replacement of a day centre. There will be 57 one-bed extra-care units and three with two beds, with an estimated project value of £10m to £15m.
