The contract is for the northern connection sub-sea tunnel section of the Tuen Mun – Chek Lap Kok Link.
The dual two-lane tunnel will run between Tuen Mun and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong boundary crossing facilities. The reclamation work is for the tunnel landfall at Tuen Mun. Other related work is also included in the contract.
Work is expected to start in the second quarter of 2013 for completion in 2017.
