HSE revises gas safety guidance

It reflects the change from the CORGI gas registration scheme for fitters to the Gas Safe Register on 1 April 2009.

Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 Approved Code of Practice and Guidance relates to the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. The regulations deal with the safe installation, maintenance and use of gas systems, including gas fittings, appliances and flues mainly in domestic and commercial premises.

This third edition has been produced to reflect the introduction of the Gas Safe Register change and also updates references to appropriate standards, ACOPs, guidance and other relevant information sources. It can be downloaded for free by clicking here.
