The 800 square metre two-storey extension is onto the existing University of Dundee Medical School at the hospital. The contract also involves extensive internal refurbishment of levels seven and eight of the existing medical school, plant replacement and roof replacement.
The University of Dundee’s project manager for the job is Gardiner & Theobald.
