The sports facilities will be traditionally constructed, complete with fitness suit, dance studios, badminton courts and changing facilities.
This project is the third that Mansell has secured through the Construction Framework South West partnering agreement. James Owen Court was completed on time and on budget in September last year. A new pre-school and primary classroom is currently under construction at Clyst St Mary School.
Work is due to start at both sites this month and complete in autumn 2011.
