Skanska USA Building will construct the new facility under a contract worth approximately US$60m (£35m).
The depot will include administrative offices, a public meeting space, operations dispatching, bus storage, maintenance shops and additional parking. The architect is STV.
Substantial completion is expected in the first quarter of 2016.
