The contract follows on from ISG’s £4.5m project at Portishead’s upmarket ISIS marina development, building 60 luxury waterfront apartments.
This latest phase sees ISG deliver two concrete-frame accommodation blocks at the Marina, each with 39 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.
The waterfront properties will be built to the same specification as previous marina phases, with brick cladding at ground floor level and a combination of insulated render, timber cladding and curtain walling at higher elevations. ISG will also carry out a range of external hard and soft landscaping as part of the project.
ISG regional managing director John Rawlinson said: “Undoubtedly our high calibre project delivery on the ISIS development was an important factor in this appointment. Once again, our latest project for Charles Church comprises a challenging programme, which incorporates a large number of sectional completions to provide flexibility for our client and to enable residents to take occupation of completed units at pre-planned stages during the development.”
