No contractor has yet been appointed for the 100,000 sq ft development.
Planning permission for the redevelopment in Tongwell, Milton Keynes was secured in October 2012. An existing warehouse building will be pulled down and replaced by a new four-storey office building for the sole use of Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS).
The first phase of demolition will start soon, VWFS said, and the whole project is expected to complete before the end of next year.
