Guy Butterworth has joined Vp plc subsidiary TPA as managing director, taking over from David Walkden who moves across to sister company MEP Hire.
Butterworth was previously at AkzoNobel where he worked for almost 30 years, serving most recently as managing director of the Dulux Decorator Centre business.
"It will be a real honour to lead TPA, a strong division with a track record of growth and success,” Butterworth said. “Dave's TPA legacy is one to be proud of, leaving the business with positive growth trends and solid foundations to build on.”
He added: "I've had such a warm welcome. There is clearly an abundance of experience and new ideas in the business, and I'm very confident that together we can develop and deliver a fantastic future for TPA and further strengthen our service proposition to our customers."
