Barry Fowler has been appointed managing director of Real PM, five years after joining the from Costain as a senior project manager.
Philip Soleil is promoted from senior project manager to director of project management and associate director Steve White becomes one of two planning directors. A second planning director, Martin Clark, has joined Real PM from Keltbray.
Founders Jeremy Ruff and Geraint Roberts will remain engaged in the business as project executive and executive planner to smooth the transition.
Ruff and Roberts founded Real PM in 2009, before selling it in 2019 to Turner International, a US subsidiary of German construction contractor Hochtief. Hochtief has since been itself taken over by ACS Group of Spain.
Real PM’s current portfolio in London includes Lansdowne House in Mayfair, 72 Upper Ground on the South Bank and 1 Undershaft.
