Pickstock Group has secured a resolution to grant planning permission from the London Borough of Newham for a 355-unit residential scheme at 68-70 Stratford High Street in London.

The Pickstock Group plans to develop the site itself and will now work to finalise the S106 agreement with London Borough of Newham Council and seek Stage 2 approval from the Greater London Authority.

Technical design and procurement will also now begin, with the aim of starting construction in spring 2026 following building regulatory approval.

“This is a significant development for Stratford High Street, and we are thrilled to have achieved resolution on this site” said Bradley Carter, development director at The Pickstock Group.
