Templars Square, built in the 1960s, is Oxford’s largest enclosed shopping centre and has an annual footfall of 4.5 million. NewRiver has had the leasehold since the end of 2012

The 236,000 sq ft regeneration scheme includes building 200 apartments, a hotel, restaurant space, and improved car parking.

NewRiver has been working with Oxford City Council in drawing up its plans and undertook public consultation last year.
