Barker Ross Plant intends to supply competent plant operatives to all sectors including civil engineering, plant hire, quarry, landfill, waste transfer stations, dredging, bulk earthworks and housing.
The new division will be headed by Jon Davies in Cardiff and Will James in Milton Keynes.
