It will expand and renovate a hospital in Georgia and build a new delivery centre for Boeing in Washington.
The US$115m (£73m) contract at St Francis Hospital in Columbus, Georgia includes construction of a four-storey, 17,500m2, clinical services building and a five-storey, 15,700m2, medical office building. Skanska will also renovate the main hospital. Work is expected to be completed in August 2013.
The contract for the Boeing delivery centre is in Everett, Washington and is worth US$50m (£32m). Skanska has previously built manufacturing facilities and office spaces for Boeing. The work will begin in January and will be completed in the first quarter of 2013.
